Description
The Japanese Macaque or snow monkey is actually found throughout Japan, but in Yudenaka, Japan they have found a unique way of keeping warm in the winter months. They bathe in an onsen, or hot springs that is warmed by the volcanic activity of the Japanese island. There is a monkey park outside of Yamanouchi that draws visitors to see and take pictures of these playful creatures.
